Please note that we do not provide HDMI adapters in our meeting rooms. We kindly ask you to bring your own adapter.

Variety of Devices: Our customers use different devices with various connectors (USB-C, DisplayPort, Mini DisplayPort, VGA). Therefore, it makes sense for everyone to bring their own adapter to ensure compatibility.

Technical Compatibility: Adapters can vary and may not always be compatible. With your own adapter, you can be sure that everything works correctly.

Responsibility and Liability: To avoid technical issues and liability concerns, please use your own adapter.

You will receive the invoice by email at the end of the month after the reservation. All amounts are in Swiss Francs and must be paid in Swiss Francs.

You can cancel the reservation for free up to 2 weeks before the reservation date. After that, we charge 50% of the amount, and 100% for no-shows.

The address for each room is listed under “Location.” Because street numbers on Google Maps are not always accurate, to inform others, please use the address details provided by MeinSitzungszimmer on Google Maps. These details are set by us.

Room information and room labels are located in the entrance area and on the doors. Unless otherwise specified, your event will be marked with the name in the “Company” field. If this field is not filled in, we will use the first name (V.) and the full last name.

Please note: At the Central, the labels are now located on the 3rd floor in the entrance area. Currently, labeling is no longer permitted in the building entrance area and the elevator.

Yes, you can order catering. We cater to your needs and budget and are happy to advise you.

Please leave the room in the same condition as you found it. Normal cleaning is included in the rental price. Because damages and excessive dirt exceeding normal usage will be charged to you, it is important to take care of the space.

The rooms are generally arranged as shown in the pictures. Yes, you can request a specific room layout (block seating, U-shape, etc.). However, we charge 65 Swiss Francs each for setting up and restoring the original layout.

You can also rearrange the room yourself and restore it to its original state to save costs. For example, you can set up the room according to your needs, and we will restore the original layout for a the fee of 65 Swiss Francs.

The rental time is calculated in 15-minute intervals. For example, if your reservation is from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, it means the first person arrives at 1:00 PM and the last person leaves the room by 3:00 PM.

No, the room number can change at short notice. You are entitled to a room in the size of the booked category (“small,” “medium,” or “large”) or larger. If it is very important for you to reserve a specific room, please inform us and get a confirmation from us.

In principle, you can use our rooms anytime (24/7) by arrangement, as long as they are available.
For simplicity, our booking calendar is set to show availability from 07:00 to 22:00.
